Shipping costs
We have a standard shipping cost of £9.00 per tyre.
Delivery times
Once your order has been accepted, orders are usually shipped within 5-10 days.
Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Delivery conditions
Please note that we will not leave goods ‘safe’ or ‘hidden’ as we require a signature for your delivery.
If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, you can change your delivery address in Google Checkout. Goods can only be signed for by a neighbour if we receive specific instruction from you authorising us to do so.
Unsuccessful deliveries
Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts at delivery on consecutive working days. After each unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest Courier depot.
They will then hold the hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to us. If you do not contact us within a further five working days, we will refund your money minus the delivery cost as it is something we cannot recoup.
Should you wish any further delivery attempts, you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
