Tyre Tread Requirements
To be legal the minimum tread requirement is 1.6mm around the whole tyre, covering 75% of the width of the tyre.

Tyre Pressure
We recommend that you check your tyre pressure every week. Having the correct amount of air in your tyres will reduce the running cost of your car.

A Few Things to Consider to Help the Performance of your Tyres:

• Choose the appropriate tyre size and speed rating that is recommended for your vehicle
  
• Drive with care in adverse weather conditions – this will look after your tyres and you!
  
• Make sure you are able to change your tyre in an emergency situation.
  
• Make sure that you spare is in good condition at all times - you never know when you might need it!
  
• Never mix cross ply/radial or directional/non directional on the same axle.
  
• To help your tyres performance, look after the steering and suspension on your car
